Delivery Info

Welcome to our delivery page. We aim to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you will find everything you need to know about our shipping times, costs, and any exceptions.

Our Delivery Schedule

• Order before 2:30pm (Monday – Friday), and your order will be delivered before 4:00pm the next working day.

• Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: £9.95 for all parcels as standard.

Stock Availability Important Information

While the vast majority of our parcels are delivered by 4pm the next working day, if your item isn’t in stock it will not be eligible for next-day dispatch. 

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

Order tracking

Once your order is placed and processed at our UK warehouse, you will receive a email confirmation from our courier APC. 

APC will then keep you updated via email with the delivery status and tracking of your order.
